Rouen clair ducks are bred for their lovely colouring. They are also excellent layers and big enough to eat! They love to forage and are very docile. New hampshires are a dual purpose breed for both laying and eating. They are phenomenal layers and are exceptional quiet, making wonderful pets for children and adults alike.
