Pair Araucana (blue egg) chickens, nearly 5 months old, pullet and rooster, both mostly white with splashes of other colours, pullet should lay a pretty blue egg fairly soon, $30 the pair.

$20 to $25 each will do cheaper if you buy more than 1!

Also were featured with Dr Harry at Bunnings Ballarat on Feb 14th in a special on keeping alternative poultry as pets for Better Homes and Gardens, this will be airing in March!

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to purchase 2 female or a pair of call ducks / ducklings to be much loved pets and egg layers at our home here in Warragul Victoria.
So far it seems impossible to find anyone nearby in Vic. They would just be pets and very very loved.

Just getting the word out that the Nathalia Lions will be starting their 1st of 5 poultry auctions on the 20th March 2010. We have all sorts of poultry including ducks, geese, turkeys & the breeds depends on who has booked in what. If you're in the area come & have a look, especially the sundry auction before the main auction,also enjoy a cuppa & a hotdog (reasonably priced I might add) by the Broken Creek. It's a country auction hope to see you there.
